2-Day Reproductive Grief Specialization Training

Reproductive loss is often hidden, minimized, or discussed in private, leaving many clients without adequate support. This training addresses the emotional landscape of reproductive grief and the ways clinicians can bring it into the light through skilled, compassionate care. The course covers how to assess a client’s grieving style and reproductive story, validate and honor unique grief responses, and use tools drawn from narrative therapy, parts work, and expressive interventions. It is presented as a 2-day specialization training through PESI. The course is intended for counselors, social workers, psychologists, marriage and family therapists, registered psychotherapists, grief and loss professionals, thanatologists, perinatal mental health professionals, nurses, and other helping professionals.
