The program supports professional development, facilitation skill building, and ongoing mentorship. It is led by two Senior Dragon mentors and includes monthly cohort meetings and live class recordings. Participants may be invited to join selected MM-sponsored Conscious Cannabis circles and other psychedelic events when space is available. The curriculum also addresses the legal, operational, and societal constraints of working as a professional, legal psychedelic guide.
