Course Overview
Footsteps is a 6-week online program focused on integrating a singular psychedelic experience into daily life. The course aims to help individuals explore the connections between their lives and psychedelic insights, enabling them to draw meaningful changes from their experiences. The curriculum is structured into six stages: Intention, Perception & Remembrance, Acceptance, Commitment, Translation, and Transformation. Participants attend two sessions per week: a 90-minute live webinar and a 90-minute peer group meeting. Through educational videos, practical exercises, and group work, participants work to identify and embody insights gained from their experiences. The program is intended for individuals who have recently completed a retreat or guided session and wish to deepen their integration or cultivate it as a long-term practice.
