Foundations of Psychedelic Psychotherapy

Foundations of Psychedelic Psychotherapy is a 15-week course designed to equip health professionals with a comprehensive understanding of the emerging field of psychedelic psychotherapy. This course is poised at the forefront of mental health treatment, offering an in-depth exploration of MDMA and psilocybin therapies, both of which are expected to gain government regulation in the near future.

This program, hosted by the UHN Psychedelic Psychotherapy Research Group, provides trainees with a balanced blend of evidence-based knowledge, experiential learning, and teachings from multiple perspectives. The course places a strong emphasis on fostering a community of learners dedicated to shaping the future of psychedelic psychotherapy in Canada through an ethical and safe practice framework.
