Course Overview
The IPI Ketamine Medical Provider Online Training, in collaboration with the American Society of Ketamine Physicians, Psychotherapists & Practitioners, is a comprehensive online CME program designed for psychiatrists, anesthesiologists, physicians, CRNA’s, NP’s, PA’s, and other allied healthcare providers. The course aims to establish a standard of care and best practices for ketamine protocols for mental health conditions and pain syndromes.
This fully asynchronous program with open enrollment allows participants to learn independently. The course covers many topics, from the basics of ketamine treatment to advanced clinical applications and business aspects. With over 15 expert instructors, participants will gain a thorough understanding of evidence-based ketamine treatment for mental health and pain syndromes, routes of administration, psychedelic medicine, aftercare, and building a ketamine practice.
The IPI Ketamine Medical Provider Training is ideal for medical providers who are new to ketamine treatment, those looking to update their current protocols, anaesthesia providers seeking to learn about mental health applications of ketamine, and those interested in the emerging field of psychedelic medicine. Participants will have access to recorded lectures, case studies, a community forum, and continuing medical education (CME) credits.
The course is divided into six modules that cover the basics, science, practical aspects, ketamine and other therapies, business, and maintenance and aftercare. Upon completion, participants will be well-equipped to confidently practice at the forefront of innovative healthcare and provide cutting-edge ketamine treatment to patients with mental health and pain conditions.
