Phoenix Academy’s Level 1 Training Program is a two-part introduction to psychedelic therapy. The first part is an online course of 100+ hours covering many aspects of the psychedelic experience. The second part is an 8-day residential retreat. The program covers best practices for working with clients and co-therapists from initial contact through integration. It includes guidance on stacking protocols, safe use of multiple substances, intention setting, somatic, emotional, therapeutic, and spiritual approaches, and individual and group integration practices. The course is described as a prerequisite for the retreat, but it can also be taken on its own as a self-study course. The program includes essential documents, forms, and protocols needed to begin a practice.
