Polaris provides preparation, integration, or preparation-and-integration psychotherapy for clients working with expanded states experiences. The support is intended to help people clarify intentions, attend to set and setting, and consider mind-body-spirit factors before a journey. Integration work focuses on remembering, meaning-making, and applying insights in daily life. Clients work with a therapist to explore what arose in the experience and use it to support longer-term change in relationship to self, others, and the wider world. The form is for potential clients. Polaris notes that psychotherapy and integration services are available only to residents of California, Oregon, Montana, Michigan, and Colorado. People outside these states may receive 1–3 paid consultations and a referral in an appropriate state of residence.
