Course Overview
VISION is offered through AWE as a structured program in ecstatic mysticism. The curriculum includes online immersions with theoretical teaching and experiential workshop classes, alongside supervised integration and group process. The online teaching covers areas such as psychedelic research, gestalt psychotherapy, death and grief work, madness and mysticism, systems theory, sexuality, embodiment and eros, and cross-cultural Indigenous and ancestral perspectives. Students also complete readings, homework, and peer interaction on the online learning platform. The in-person component includes intensives, experiential therapies, and pilgrimages. The program description emphasizes personal healing, self-knowledge, and learning from teachers and communities in culturally respectful ways. Two study pathways are described: a three-year experience with 1,400 hours, six intensives, and three online pathways, and a two-year experience with approximately 930 hours, four intensives, and two online pathways.
