03 · The evidence layer
Structured results, not just abstracts
For extracted studies we record what was measured and what happened: effect sizes, dosing schedules, follow-up windows, and Cochrane risk-of-bias ratings (a standard tool for judging how much a trial's design can be trusted). This layer turns a bibliography into a dataset you can compare across.

The safety record, including its gaps
Adverse-event reporting in psychedelic studies is uneven, and pretending otherwise helps nobody. Blossom aggregates what trials reported, flags where they reported nothing, and marks retracted papers directly on the page.
