This randomised controlled trial (n=9) evaluated a 15-week online and on-site training programme for nurses acting as facilitators in a psilocybin treatment trial for depression. The training improved some role-play communication skills, but the gains were modest and most nurses still felt they needed more practical in-person preparation.
