Does MDMA have treatment potential in sexual dysfunction? A systematic review of outcomes across the female and male sexual response cycles

This systematic review indicates that MDMA generally increases sexual desire and, when orgasm occurs, intensifies its pleasure in both sexes, while producing mixed effects on arousal and potentially impairing erectile and ejaculatory function in men. However, heterogeneous methods and largely qualitative outcome measures limit the strength of these conclusions.
