- How does the billing work?
We sell one-year access passes rather than monthly subscriptions. You pay once for a full year of access, and we'll notify you when it's time to renew. There are no hidden fees or automatic renewals that you might forget to cancel.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. For Enterprise plans, we also support bank transfers and invoicing.
- Can I share my account with my team?
If you purchase the Individual Access plan, that license is for your use only. If you need access for a group of researchers or clinicians, please select the Lab & Clinic plan which includes up to 5 user licenses, or contact us for an Enterprise site license.
- Do I get access to historical data?
Absolutely. Your one-year access pass includes full access to our entire historical database of clinical trials, research papers, and company data, right from day one.
- How often is the database updated?
We update the database daily. Our team continuously monitors the psychedelic ecosystem to ensure you have the most current information regarding new trials, published research, and market shifts.
- What does "Advanced filtering" include?

You can customize your email preferences from your account dashboard. Choose to receive a high-level weekly digest (The Bloom) or opt for daily alerts summarizing the very latest additions to our database.
