Open-label, naturalistic, uncontrolled observational study of individual psilocybin-assisted treatment examining moderators of mood and personality outcomes (Psychopharmacology (Berl) 2025 Apr; Irrmischer M, Puxty D, Yıldırım BO, Deijen JB, Engelbregt H; Netherlands; PMID 39775022; DOI 10.1007/s00213-024-06733-3). n=83 self-referred participants (46 female, mean age 42.3 years); standardised individual psilocybin-assisted programme; not recruited for a specific registered clinical trial. Sample predominantly highly educated and employed; ~45% had a prior or current psychiatric diagnosis, ~36% had used psychiatric medication. Baseline screening and intake by psychiatrist and psychologist against inclusion/exclusion criteria. No CT.gov registration; no DataBankList; naturalistic observational design.
