Retrospective, open-label chart review of frontline healthcare workers diagnosed with acute stress disorder who self-referred and received daily compounded sublingual ketamine (37.5 mg) via a virtual care pathway.
The intervention was delivered remotely with physician telemedicine visits every 40 days; outcomes and safety data were collected weekly and monthly for up to 120 days.
