Course Overview
How to Microdose for Health & Wellbeing is a practical, holistic, and evidence-based course designed to guide learners through the potential benefits and techniques of microdosing. Drawing from a decade of experience with psychedelics, the course emphasizes the importance of intentional application, illustrating how microdosing can gradually facilitate expanded self-awareness, improve mental health, and foster deeper connections to oneself, others, and nature.
The course aims to demystify misconceptions surrounding microdosing and reveal how it can be a powerful, transformative tool combined with meditation and yoga. Learners are also encouraged to engage with the Psygaia psychedelic community, offering a support system and a wealth of resources for those on their microdosing journey.
Instructors Louis Belleau and Jack Bunce utilise their personal experiences and in-depth knowledge to delve into safe and effective microdosing methods and ways to develop mindfulness and well-being. Over three weeks, learners can deepen their meditation or yoga practice, enhance creativity and spirituality, cultivate transformative habits, and connect more deeply with nature.
Besides gaining access to the comprehensive course content, students can participate in community events and engage in moderated discussions with interdisciplinary psychedelic practitioners, enriching their learning experience.
