The Master of Arts in Integrative Health Studies at CIIS is a two-year hybrid program focused on bridging biomedical science with integrative, evidence-based practices. The curriculum emphasizes chronic illness prevention, community health, relationship-centered care, and the development of practical leadership skills. Students learn through a supportive cohort model, synchronous online meetings, and a 4- to 5-day academic intensive at the start of the program. The program includes graduate-level training in scientific-applied health and wellness coaching and experiential learning designed to prepare students for applied work in the field. Graduates receive certificates in Transformative Imagery, Patient Navigation, and Integrative Health Coaching. The program also qualifies graduates to sit for the National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach exam.
