Course Overview
De training Career orientation is bedoeld om PhD’s en postdocs te ondersteunen bij loopbaanoriëntatie. Deelnemers krijgen inzicht in hun competenties en ambitie en werken aan een realistisch actieplan voor de arbeidsmarkt. Het programma bestaat uit twee individuele coachinggesprekken van 1 uur, een workshop Self Analysis van 3 uur en een workshop Networking van 3 uur. De voertaal is Engels. De training is bedoeld voor PhD’s aan het einde van het derde of begin van het vierde jaar en postdocs in de eindfase van hun doctoraalprogramma. Aanmelden verloopt via het Learning Management System (LMS).
