ARCHÉ Interdisciplinary Research Group on Psychedelics

ARCHÉ is an interdisciplinary psychedelic research group in Montevideo bringing together researchers from Universidad de la República, Universidad CLAEH, and the Clemente Stable Biological Research Institute. Its work spans anthropology, psychology, chemistry, pharmacology, and neuroscience, with the aim of producing evidence on psychedelic substances that can inform public policy, regulation, medicinal potential, composition, and risk.
