MDMA in Borderline Personality Disorder (MDMA in BPD)

Single-group, open-label Phase II study testing one dose of MDMA in 10 adults with DSM-defined borderline personality disorder to assess effects on social cognition and related behavioral measures.

Safety assessments include vitals, ECG and laboratory tests with exclusion for significant medical conditions, QTc >450, recent substance use disorders, and recent serious suicidality; participants must remain in contact with a mental healthcare provider.
