Details

Phase I study in healthy volunteers assessing safety and tolerability of single ascending IV DMT doses (bolus plus 6‑hour infusion) and a subsequent multiple‑dose cohort with six dosing sessions over two weeks.

Primary assessments include adverse events, vital signs, ECG (QTcF monitoring), and clinical laboratory testing; eligibility restricts prior psychedelic effects, significant psychiatric history, and relevant medical comorbidities.
